Farhad Veliyev: It will be very hard for me to play after such Kamran’s performance

Azerbaijani team and Karabakh goalkeeper Farhad Veliyev gave an interview to azerisport.com. He told us about the reason why he didn’t play in match against Wales, priced Kamran Agayev’s performance and shared his expectations about upcoming game with Liechtenstein.Why you didn’t take part in first match of qualifying stage of World Championship?
I’ve got injury of leg and I couldn’t play in such condition.
What about your participation in match with Liechtenstein?
It is under question yet. I train with team but I can’t do all exercises. Everything will depend on coach’s decision.
What can you say about game with Wales?
You saw it yourself. I think we could gain one point but referee spoiled everything.
Did you like Kamran Agayev’s performance?
Sure. Kamran was the best. He saved our team from dangerous situations.
Don’t you think that it will be difficult for us to play after such kind of performance of your opponent?
I know that it will be very hard but I will try to keep my position.
Will your team be able to beat Liechtenstein?
We have to. We will do our best for it.
