Russian football team forward gave an interview to azerisport.com. He talks about upcoming match against Azerbaijani team, his condition and important factor of tribunes.
Everybody wants to know will you play in Baku or not?
It will be clear only after last training. If head coach decides, I will definitely reach field.
Before match with Germany you called game with Azerbaijan match of the year. Don’t you change your opinion after defeat from Germany?
No. Look at the craze near this match. We already provided our place in play-off. But in spite of it everybody interests how match will complete. Azerbaijan and Russia lived together long time that’s why this match is very interesting for everybody.
You think your team is the favorite most likely.
I think your team also will be able to show themselves. You beat Liechtenstein. It means team is in good mood now. We also want to win – every footballer of Russian team will show his skills and we will gain victory.
But for Azerbaijan victory over Russia will help to gain record sum of points for one cycle.
Who said we don’t have points? They will be in international rating. We want to complete qualifying cycle with victory – after Germany we have to make our fans happy.

What can you say about impressions from Azerbaijani team in Moscow?
You have not bad team. They showed not bad game. We could not open the score for long time. It is difficult to play in Baku. Support is very important factor in football but we are professionals.
